The City of Long Beach Career Transition Center and the Broad Spectrum Community Development Corporation hosted a great year opening for our January 2006 P.O.W.E.R. Collaborative Network (PCN) meeting.  The PCN wishes to thank BJ Wills, Development Project Manager for the City of Long Beach for coordinating the meeting’s facility, and Donnicus Cook, Broad Spectrum Executive Director for hosting the meeting and providing such an energetic presentation.
