Bio – Addie F. Little

Ms. Little began A L Consulting in 1994.  The firm operates within a consortium of other independent specialists and service providers, to provide financial and business advisory resources. This alliance of highly qualified professionals offers specialization within the business management and finance arena. The firm represents one of the few minority and female owned firms to provide management consulting and financial services to private, non-profit entities, and governmental agencies.

She additionally served as an Economic Development Specialist with the Los Angeles Office of the US Small Business Administration (SBA), where she is actively assisted small businesses to achieve their goals, by offering practical management and finance solutions, and facilitating SBA resources, such as guaranteed loan assistance and government procurement contacts.

Ms. Little has amassed extensive experience managing transactions involving many types of financing structures.  She formerly served as Senior Vice-President with Lintz Glove White, a Los Angeles based, equity and fixed-income brokerage firm.  Before joining Lintz Glove White, Ms. Little held positions with the Public Finance Divisions of WR Lazard, Smith Mitchell, and Pryor McClendon Counts & Co.  She previously served as a financial advisor for Government Finance Associates in Portland, Oregon.

Before entering the investment-banking field, Ms. Little worked in accounting for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, and as a representative of the Internal Revenue Service.  Ms. Little attended the University of Washington and Portland State University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.  She holds series 7 and 63 securities representative licenses and licensed by the State of California as a Life/Health Insurance Agent.
