P.O.W.E.R. Collaborative Network (PCN)
Meeting Summary
February 6, 2008Jobing.com is a wonderful host and partner for the February 2008 P.O.W.E.R. Collaborative Network (PCN) meeting. We extend our fondest appreciation to Ms. Sheila ‘LA’ Wiley for coordinating a very energetic and informative meeting. The PCN members are extremely fortunate to have such a highly professional company extend the complimentary marketing support for job developers.
Jobing.com opened their ‘blue room’ to capture live videos of PCN members for web site posting. Many attendees took advantage of this great community service. The technical videography service was a most productive surprise. Thank you Jobing.com!
More than a dozen Jobing.com Los Angeles Office Staff members came in the PCN meeting and provided a unique Jobing.com welcome. We received an invigorating gift that you have to be present to appreciate in full. The PCN members absolutely loved it.
Vicki Steer shared the new Jobing Foundation, established to create and support programs, volunteer activities and educational channels. The Jobing Foundation is a private foundation developed as a separate, yet coordinated nonprofit organization for career/community product grants, speaker’s bureau, job shadow day, job search tool kit, and youth programs.
